Nusa Lembongan

As mentioned yesterday we had an early start as our ride was picking us up at 7am!! So when they arrived at 8am we were ecstatic.... But fear not we were on our way to the port to catch our speedboat to lembongan. The 30 mins went pretty quick, although this could be because I fell asleep, I can official sleep anywhere now even on boats across rough water.

This was the little boat that got us there.

We jumped on a wagon which took us to our hotel, as we didn't have one booked we tagged along with a couple of girls from the boat to theirs (best decision we've made so far on this trip).

Lembongan is an island just south of Bali, really chilled out and not too touristy. They're not to keen on proper roads either. After our 'off road' experience had finished we were presented with this gem.

As you can probably guess we booked into this place asap, it was gorgeous. It also had the added bonus of three other girls from the boat, Jen Jane and Eva. We all settled in and went off for a walk on the beach and food.

Met this little chap who followed/guided us back to the main part and where the food was, I was in love (although he was no Sir Charles) Nik being that she doesn't like dogs was not!

He even made an appearance at dinner, at a completely different place and hours later.

And then onto the food. Fish in banana leaves, this little beauty was so good, making me hungry just looking at it again.

The evening was spend in the company of many friends and foes we'd met in kuta and lembongan. But with an evening view like this what is there to complain about...
