Goma

GOMA or to you and me the gallery of modern art. I decided to mix my day up and try something new, so off I went to the art gallery. I am going to admit that it being free was the main deciding factor for me and that the main exhibit was on food also helped.

Strolling out the door into lush sunshine, always nice and jumped on the trusty 199 to take me town. (I do take the bus frequently now, oh how I miss my car)

The day was glorious it almost seemed a shame to be going inside.

Once inside I actually really enjoyed myself. I strolled around for an hourish and soaked in all the culture. Which I am of course going to share my fav bits with you. They actually had a few more than the food exhibitions going on, so it's a nice mix. I did refrain from taking pictures in the 'children need supervision due to nudity area', I almost felt like I needed supervision to be honest (still a child at heart).

These guys were made out of corned beef cans.

A replica of a Chinese food store, was a little erie. Especially as all the packets were empty.

Lovely view of the city, whilst I had a little sit down. It was certainly a different experience for me but I really enjoyed it and will be making work of the standard art gallery soon too. And incase you were wondering I actually did this today. *currently giving myself a pat on the back for being so organised*
