Throwback Thursday: working in brisbane

After it being pointed out there is a slow pace to the blogs atm, thanks miss Clarke, I've decided to start with the bits of brisbane I missed out.

Lets start with mine and niks first official working job, and yes it was in or outside a burger van. Obviously we were hard at work so don't have too many snaps. But I can say we started the day at 6.45am to get the bus to the middle of nowhere and finished about 7.30pm. A nice 12 hour day standing in the sun was just what we needed.....

If anyone had told me this is what I'd be doing for work I'd probably have laughed in their face (same could be said for camping) but just goes to show what a girl has to do whilst travelling.

Highlight of the day- trying my first Dagwood dog (corn dog to those not in the know), once I'd actually eaten it this slowly turned in the low point of the day. Never again- wise words which I wish I'd stuck too..
